We do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, hosiery, or items marked “Final Sale.” We do not allow returns or exchanges of any item that shows signs of wear/washing, is stained, or possesses a strong odor, such as perfume or cigarette smoke. Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and have the original tags attached. Items without the tags attached cannot be returned or exchanged. The acceptable time frame for returns and exchanges varies based on whether the item was purchased online or in our physical storefront.
In-Store purchases of eligible merchandise must be returned within 7 days. Items returned after 7 days can be exchanged for other merchandise or store credit within 15 days of original purchase. Customers can also call or email within 7 days of purchase for authorization to return or exchange the product by mail. Items returned by mail must be sent with tracking and postmarked no later than 7 days after the return authorization to receive a refund. Otherwise, the transaction will be refunded as store credit only. No returns or exchanges beyond 15 days of purchase will be accepted without prior approval.
Online store purchases must be returned via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail with tracking and postmarked within 10 days of the original receipt of shipment. Items postmarked after 10 days of receipt can be exchanged for other merchandise or store credit within 18 days of original delivery. We will not accept any returns or exchanges of items postmarked after 18 days of the original shipment delivery without prior approval.
If we receive any returns in the mail not meeting the original criteria of being unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with the tags attached, we will return them to you and not process the refund. Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to seven business days for refunds to be processed by your credit card or bank. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within the required time frame, and we will handle the transaction personally as well as extend you free shipping for the new merchandise.
