Returns & Exchanges

Select items can be returned for a full refund provided they are unworn, undamaged, and have the original tags. We do not accept returns on underwear, hosiery, or items marked “Final Sale,” nor do we allow returns or exchanges of any item that shows signs of wear or washing, is stained, and/or possesses a strong odor, such as perfume or cigarette smoke. The acceptable time frame for returns and exchanges varies based on whether the item was purchased online or in our physical storefront.

  • In-Store purchases must be returned within 7 business days. Items returned after this time frame but before 14 business days can be exchanged for other merchandise or for store credit only. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after 14 business days of the original purchase without prior approval. Customers can call or email within 7 business days of purchase to receive authorization to return or exchange the product by mail. Items returned by mail must be postmarked no later than 7 days after receiving authorization.

  • Online store purchases must be returned and post-marked no later than 10 days after receiving the item for a full refund. Items post-marked after this time frame but before 18 days can be exchanged for other merchandise or store credit only. We will not accept any returns or exchanges of items postmarked after 18 days of the original receipt of shipment without prior approval.

If we receive any returns in the mail not meeting the original criteria of being unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with the tags attached, we will return them to you and not process the refund. Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to seven business days for refunds to be processed by your credit card or bank. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us, and we will handle the transaction personally as well as extend you free shipping for the new merchandise.

Items returned by mail must be sent with tracking. We recommend using the reliable and cost effective United States Postal Service First Class Parcel mail when applicable.
