Shipping Information
All available items are shipped within 48 hours of order. Backordered or preorder items will be delivered as they become available by USPS at no extra cost to you. Your shipping options and costs will vary based on your delivery address and package weight. Actual shipping charges will be reflected at checkout. All U.S. orders have the option of a standard $7 flat rate shipping fee.
U.S. orders over $75 ship for free! International orders will be shipped at standard shipping rate and may incur an additional charge if the checkout process does not recognize you are not in the U.S. If you are placing an international order, we recommend that you contact us via email first to receive a shipping estimate.

Items Damaged in Shipping
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it for a prompt refund. Simply return unworn
and undamaged merchandise with all tags attached within 14 days for a refund.
Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Please allow up to
10 business days from date received for your return to be processed.
Initial shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refundable.

Items Damaged in Shipping
We package all shipments as carefully and securely as possible but damages may occur in transit. If your package arrives showing physical damage to the shipping box, you will need to file a claim with the carrier at that time. If you accept delivery and later find the merchandise inside is damaged, please keep the shipping box and all materials and email us at sophisticatedpair@gmail.com about the problem within 14 days of purchase.
